Mission Statement

Our goal is to present revolutionary ideas in order to proceed into the next stage of the American Metamorphosis. We offer this platform as a common-cause goal for any citizen who chooses to seek political office as a write-in candidate and is dedicated to genuinely promoting and bringing into reality the issues advocated by the REVOLUTIONARY AMERICAN PEOPLE PARTY.

DOMESTIC Issues #1 and #2

Issue #1. Equal Rights

(a) citizens shall enjoy the obvious and universal divine laws of nature, to wit:

... Be Alive

... Sustain Life

... Nurture Life

... Enjoy/Share Life

... Respect/Cherish Life

... Enhance/Explore Life

... Recycle/Transition Life

(b) citizens shall enjoy the just federal, state and local laws which respect divine/natural laws

(c) repeal intrusive, anti-privacy segments of the anti-patriotic Patriot Act and all such laws/policies and agencies which allow mass surveillance and mass harvesting of information and communications of citizens

(d) criminalize voter suppression, whether it is done through partisan/racial gerrymandering, tampering, misinformation or legislation

(e) seek legislation wherein legitimacy of elections, referendums shall be based on 60 percent of eligible voters' participation

(f) elected citizens' voting record on legislation during their term of service must reflect at least 70 percent of their campaign platform otherwise they are ineligible to seek reelection

(g) homeless citizens and convicted citizens shall not be deprived of any voting rights due to their homeless status or conviction status.

Issue #2. Equal Justice

(a) repeal laws/rescind policies which appear to allow any citizens, immigrants, migrants or diplomats to be above the law

(b) repeal laws/rescind policies which grant immunity from prosecution to police, prosecutors, judges or anyone within the justice system and anyone who serves as a judge shall have obtained a law degree

(c) repeal laws/rescind policies which criminalize nonviolent self-centered acts

(prostitution, gambling, drugs possession/consumption) and release of citizens and others currently imprisoned for such acts

(d) provide equitable application of sentencing guidelines regardless of economic status, gender, race, religion, etc and mandatory two year sentence for any prosecutors or judges who knowingly withhold or obstruct evidence or fail to comply with equitable application of sentencing guidelines; and victims of crime or their surviving family or friends shall be given great influence in determining sentencing

(e) repeal laws/rescind policies which allow citizens and others accused.of crimes to be held in jail simply because they can't afford bail even though they pose no threat to the physical well-being of others

(f) seek legislation/enact laws which allow:

1. Life without parole for premeditated murder, for sexual and physical abuse of children, for rape, torture, enslavement and kidnapping unless victims of such acts or surviving family or friends recommend otherwise or the convicted is later exonerated

2. Lifetime Banishment (to the place of their choice that will accept them or to an area/island provided by the citizens) of those who espouse treasonous advocacy or display treasonous behavior with the intention to glorify or promote neo-nazi, neo-confederate, neo-fascist or genocidal ideals/ideology

3. House detention or Community confinement (for a term determined by the court or the victim) of those who are convicted of violent crimes other than those listed above and of those convicted of nonviolent crimes

(g) seek legislation/enact laws which allow:

1. Just and equitable reparation/compensation paid to those falsely accused- to be paid by the false accuser within 90 days from exoneration and false accuser must be imprisoned for one year

2. Just and equitable reparation/compensation paid to those falsely convicted and their immediate family to be paid by the prosecutor (30%), the prosecution false witnesses (20%), the judge (20%), the citizens within the jurisdiction (20%) and the citizens within the state (or nation, if federal) (10%) within 90 days of exoneration and judicial officials/witnesses who are parties to a false conviction must be imprisoned for two years

 

FOREIGN Issues #1 and #2

Issue #1. Citizens' Rights within any nation we are allied with or sell weapons to should be equal to or surpass the citizens' rights espoused in the United States Constitution

Issue #2. America should reenter the Iran Nuclear Agreement and the Paris Fossil Fuels Agreement and nations should respect and refrain from threatening or interfering with the ideals, ideology and independence espoused in the Constitution of the United States and/or the 2020 Vision to Refocus America

DOMESTIC Issues #3 and #4

Issue #3. Equal Opportunity

(a) Citizens shall not be deprived of the opportunity to strive for and enjoy aspirations which do not harm or hinder others and all governmental administrative fees (i.e., judicial filings, judicial appeals, etc) shall be eliminated so as to ensure citizens shall not be deprived of the opportunities of citizenship due to financial ability

(b) Descendants of the Indigenous People, upon reaching the age of 17 shall, by lottery, be allotted 7 acres and have access to self-help equipment/tools and one-time distribution of 20 heads of livestock of choice as well as 100 lbs of seeds/10 saplings of choice per year for 5 years

(c) Citizens who can provide the name and last known location of an ancestor of African descent who lived in America prior to December 31, 1865 shall, by lottery, upon reaching the age of 17, be allotted 7 acres and have access to self-help equipment/tools and one-time distribution of 20 heads of livestock of choice as well as 100 lbs of seeds/10 saplings of choice per year for 7 years

(d) Citizens who can provide the name and service record of an immediate ancestor (i.e., great grandparent) who served in the United States military between April 12, 1861 and July 4, 1865 shall, by lottery, upon reaching the age of 17, be allotted 5 acres and have access to self-help equipment/tools and one-time distribution of 15 heads of livestock of choice as well as 50 lbs of seeds/10 saplings of choice per year for 5 years

(e) Citizens who can provide the name and service record of an immediate ancestor (i.e., great-grandparent, grandparent or parent) who honorably served in the United States military between January 1, 1917 and December 31, 1945 (and did not aggressively aid, abet or support/promote the Jim Crow culture/society) shall, by lottery, upon reaching the age of 17, be allotted 3 acres and have access to self-help equipment/tools and one-time distribution of 10 heads of livestock of choice as well as 50 lbs of seeds/10 saplings of choice per year for 3 years

(f) Citizens who are currently serving or have honorably served in the United States military since December 31, 1945 or can provide the name and service record of an immediate ancestor (great grandparent, grandparent or parent) who honorably served since December 31, 1945 (and did not aggressively aid, abet or support/promote the Jim Crow culture/society) shall, by lottery, upon reaching the age of 17, be allotted 2 acres and have access to self-help equipment/tools and one-time distribution of 7 heads of livestock of choice as well as 50 lbs of seeds of choice per year for 2 years

(g) All citizens, upon reaching the age of 17 (who have not supported/promoted or currently support/promote neo-nazi, neo-confederate, neo-fascist or genocidal ideology) shall, by lottery, be allotted 1/2 acre and have access to self-help equipment/tools as well as 50 lbs of seeds of choice per year for 2 years

Issue #4. Equal Access

(a) All children (prenatal to 17) shall have access to healthcare provided by parents or taxpayers/charities

(b) All children (2 to 17) shall have access to equally adequate education provided privately by parents or publicly by taxpayers/charities

(c) All children (prenatal to 17) shall have access to healthy nutrition provided by parents, family or taxpayers/charities

(d) All children shall have access to adequate safe/healthy shelter provided by parents, family or taxpayers/charities

(e) All children (7 to 17) shall have access to nature awareness camps annually provided by parents, family or taxpayers/charities

(f) All citizens shall have access to information in order to obtain higher education whether by personalized, self-education of curriculum requirements and testing and completion of degree(s) or by attending institutions of higher education and completion of degree(s)

(g) Citizens age 18 to 42 as of December 31, 2020 who have incurred student loan debt over $10,000 shall have their remaining debt reduced by 1/2 and if they have already repaid 1/2 or more of their student loan debt they shall be reimbursed by having an amount equal to 1/2 of the debt paid be deducted from their current mortgage loan or applied toward any future mortgage loan or applied toward any current or future shelter rental or vehicle purchase

 

FOREIGN Issues #3 and #4

Issue #3. Universal/Global Integrity

(a) Interactions with any nation shall be equitable and reciprocal with the intention to promote mutual respect for the best interest of the People of that nation and our nation

Issue #4. Universal/Global Economy

(a) We must recognize the inevitable and irreversible trend toward an accelerated momentum to a more encompassing universal/global economy and prepare accordingly (technologically, educationally, linguistically, etc) for ourselves and our Posterity

DOMESTIC Issues #5, #6 and #7

Issue #5. Equal Application of Environmentalism

(a) Repeal laws, remove policies that have weakened the Environmental Protection Act

(b) Retroactively enforce all penalties due in order to address violations of the EPA during the past forty years

(c) Double the current penalty for future violations of the EPA

(d) Triple the effort in funding, research and exploration to harness/harvest and utilize energy derived from solar, wind, tidal, volcanic, magnetic and lightning sources

(e) Reestablish America's role in the international efforts to minimize use of carbon-based/fossil fuels while researching/exploring the possibility that the overheating of Earth (climate change) may be occurring because of the removal of the natural lubricants’ (oil/gas) effect on the planet's axis as well as the natural repositioning (wobbling) of the planet's axis

(f) Include Environmental Protection/Preservation Awareness into public education curriculum (side note: also reintroduce Civics classes)

(g) Penalize corporate/industry/political entities/persons that hide or hinder potential/ prospective technology which will advance/enhance environmental protection/ preservation and lifestyle of citizens

Issue #6. Fair Application of Economic Interests

(a) Establish an Economic Branch of government

(b) Repeal the Electoral College, repeal the Federal Reserve Act and establish an entity to adjust/revamp America's monetary system

(c) Replace the private bankers-controlled Federal Reserve with a public government-controlled National Currency Agency

(d) Establish a balanced budget amendment in consideration of alleviation of debt for future generations and with safeguards for war, famine, pandemic and natural disasters relief

(e) Enhance and strictly enforce penalties for bribery, kickbacks, tax evasion and exploitative interest rates (over 10%)

(f) Enact legislation which will aid in the healthy circulation of money by:

1. resetting all current interest rates to no more than 10%;

2. reducing current mortgage principals by 33% and current automobile principals by 25%

3. implementing a Proportionate Wage/Profit/Price framework for the next 10 years and then returning to a free market economy that encourages minimum use of credit and maximum consumer self-governance

(g) Enact legislation which will set a principled precedent for future generations by:

1. confiscating all ill-gained profits/property acquired by politicians, media pundits/personnel, military- industrial/war-supply corporations and independent instigators during the false-flag, commercial-interests wars/conflicts since 1957 and using such assets to fund veterans' programs and aid civilian victims in the nations affected by such wars/conflicts

2. charging politicians and other government officials and media pundits/personnel who falsified pretexts for and/or instigated false-flag, commercial- interests wars/conflicts since 2001 with war crimes as well as military personnel who committed acts against non-combatants that were/are contrary to the UCMJ and the Geneva Convention

Issue #7. Fair Application of Taxation

(a) Establish a balanced budget with emphasis on the intention to alleviate the burden of debt being passed on to Posterity

(b) Enact legislation to implement a 7-year plan for taxation at the 1957 rate in order to alleviate debt and fund Equal Opportunity and Equal Access.

(c) Enact legislation to implement a 7-year plan for spending at 1977 rate plus funding of Equal Opportunity and Equal Access and after 7 years the funding of Equal Opportunity and Equal Access (children initiatives) should be drawn from infrastructure and children programs segments of the national budget

(d) After 7-year plan of Taxation and Spending implement a 3% tax on individual income between 30k and 50k, 5% tax on individual income between 50k and 100k, 7% tax on individual income between 100k and 250k, 8% tax on individual income between 250k and 500k, 9% tax on individual income between 500k and 1m, 10% tax on individual income over 1m, 3% tax on family income between 50k and 100k, 5% tax on family income between 100k and 200k, 7% tax on family income between 200k and 500k, 10% tax on family income over 500k, 5% tax on business profit of less than 100k, 7% tax on business profit between 100k and 500k, 9% tax on business profit between 500k and 1m, 10% tax on business profit between 1m and 10m, 12% tax on business profit between 10m and 50m, 13% tax on business profit between 50m and 100m, 15% tax on business profit between 100m and 250m, 17% tax on business profit between 250m and 500m, 18% tax on business profit between 500m and 750m, 19% tax on business profit between 750m and 1b and 20% tax on business profit over 1b as well as a 1% national sales tax (except food, water, medication/healthcare), a 1% national ad valorem on uninhabited/unproductive land, a 10% national ad valorem on market value of individual land holding exceeding 50 acres, a 13% national ad valorem on market value of business land holding exceeding 100 acres and elimination of all tax loopholes

(e) Enact legislation to implement a process wherein the individual and family taxpayers can designate what percentage of their tax should be used to fund children programs, poverty, infrastructure, security, education/research/exploration, environment/emergency, foreign aid, healthcare and/or administration

(f) Enact legislation to implement a process wherein business, national sales and national ad valorem taxes are distributed in the following manner: 15% for children programs, 15% for security, 15% for infrastructure, 10% for poverty, 15% for education/research/exploration, 10% for environment/emergency, 10% for healthcare and 10% for administration

(g) No taxation of Equal Opportunity allotted land that is occupied and no more than 1% ad valorem tax (whether county, state or national) allowed on unoccupied allotted land

FOREIGN Issues #5, #6 and #7

Issues #5. When interacting with other nations, HUMAN RIGHTS must supersede commercial interests and universal/ global empathy should be exercised

Issue #6. The implementation of DOMESTIC Issue 6(g) should be done within 7 years with emphasis on Central and South America, Africa (ie Libya, etc), Asia and Middle East

Issue #7. America's security forces/agencies, whether military or civilian should only be used to prevent and/or defend against any foreign or domestic military or civilian threats, aggression or attack against the nation's territory, ideology and/or constitution; or used to help our nonaggressive allies and friends; and used to promote and protect global/universal HUMAN RIGHTS as prescribed by divine/natural law
